No-Refund Policy At Destination Footsteps, we provide digital, GPS-enabled self-guided tours. Because our products are delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Please review the terms below carefully before completing your purchase.
  • All tours are digital items delivered instantly via our website.
  • Once a purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to the tour materials and GPS-enabled features.
  • Because these are digital goods with instant delivery, all sales are final and non-refundable.
  • Our tours are designed to function on most modern smartphones and devices with GPS capability and internet access.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their device is compatible and capable of running GPS-enabled services.
  • We are not responsible for user error, including but not limited to:
    • Inability to operate the device
    • Incorrect settings on the device
    • Forgotten passwords or locked accounts
    • Accidental deletion of the purchased content
  • Our tours require active GPS and internet or mobile data service to function properly.
  • Destination Footsteps is not responsible for connectivity issues, including but not limited to:
    • Poor or no cellular reception in certain areas.
    • Service outages from mobile carriers or internet providers
    • Temporary GPS inaccuracies or signal loss
  • Since these factors are beyond our control, no refunds will be issued due to lack of service or connectivity issues.
  • As our tours are self-guided and available on your schedule, there is no requirement to attend at a specific time.
  • If you are unable to use the product for any reason — including last-minute changes to your travel plans — no refunds will be provided.

🌧️ Weather & Cancellations: Self-guided tours are digital products available for use at any time. Because we cannot control the weather, no refunds are offered due to rain, storms, or other weather-related issues.

☀️ Your access never expires — you're welcome to pause and complete the tour on another day, or on your next visit.

While refunds are not available, we will make every effort to ensure you have access to the product you purchased. If you lose access due to a technical error on our end, we will reissue your digital access at no additional cost.

  • Replacement access will only be provided for the original purchase.
  • Requests must be made by contacting us directly at Support@destinationghost.com.
  • We reserve the right to verify the purchase and deny replacement if misuse, sharing, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Tours are for personal use only and may not be resold, transferred, or shared outside of your immediate group.
  • Once a self-guided tour has been purchased and accessed, it is non-refundable. Exceptions are only made in cases of verified technical failure preventing access, and must be reviewed by our support team.
